Recurring Field, FA Journal Template Table
Specifies whether the journal template will be a recurring journal. Recurring journals are useful when you have entries that must be posted repeatedly with no or few changes.
With a recurring journal, entries that will be posted regularly need to be typed in only once. Thus, accounts, dimensions and dimension values and so on that you enter will remain in the journal after posting. If any adjustments are necessary, you can make them before each posting.
A recurring journal appears in a special window that contains, in addition to the standard fields, special fields in which you can define which entries will be repeated and how they will be repeated.
Click the check box to insert a check mark making the journal a recurring journal. Click again to remove the check mark.
