SN Assembly Inbound Tracking Field, Item Tracking Code Table

Indicates that serial numbers are required with inbound posting from assembly orders, which is when assembled items are posted as output to be placed in inventory.

The inbound and outbound tracking fields define when to assign item tracking numbers in a company's workflow. They do not define the item's application method. Instead, the SN Specific Trackingand Lot Specific Tracking fields define the item's application method.
