Software requirements for deploying Unified Service Desk sample applications

To deploy a Unified Service Desk sample application, a Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premises) organization is required. For the sample applications to work correctly:

  • For the Base and CRM 2013 SP1 sample applications, a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Service Pack 1 (SP1) organization is required.

  • For the CRM 2013 SP1 with Product Updates sample application, a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Service Pack 1 (SP1) organization with product updates installed is required. More information: Install product updates [LEO] in the Implementation Guide is required.

  • For the Knowledge Management sample application, a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2015 Update 1 organization with knowledge management enabled is required. For information about enabling knowledge management in CRM, see TechNet: Connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Parature knowledge base.
