IAgentStateService Members

Represents the interface for handling reading, creating, updating and deleting agent sessions.

The following tables list the members exposed by the IAgentStateService type.

	GetAgentId	Overloaded.
	GetSavedSessions	Gets the saved session(s) for an agent.
	GetSessionTransferInformation	Retrieves session information for handling a transferred call.
	SaveSessions	Saves an agents session(s) information.
	SetSessionTransferInformation	Sets the session specific information in the database so that when an agent transfers a call to another agent, the session information can be reproduced for them.
