Managing meeting recordings includes the following operations:
These tasks involve sending XML messages to a conference center. Specifically, the ListRecordings4, ModifyRecording, DeleteRecording, and RestoreRecording messages are used. The operations are similar to those involved in managing a meeting.
The second and third operations are also referred to as mass transfer, which is a two-step process:
Obtaining the URL to a recording.
Downloading the recording as pointed to by the URL obtained in step 1.
The URL to a recording is obtained by using the GetURL message. After that, the recording can be downloaded using an HTTPS GET.
