In conjunction with the PR_MESSAGE_SECURITY_LABEL (PidTagMessageSecurityLabel) property, it guarantees the label's association with the message content. In conjunction with the PR_CONTENT_INTEGRITY_CHECK (PidTagContentIntegrityCheck) property, it verifies that the message content is unchanged.
