Comentários
Este é um novo método de Project Server 2013. O método SyncProjectWithWss funciona em um projeto que já foi sincronizado, onde os dados de sincronização foi criados pelo método CreateWssListSyncedProject ou atualizados pelo método UpdateProjectSyncSettings .

O serviço da web Lists fornece métodos para trabalhar com listas do SharePoint e itens de lista. Para acessar este serviço da web, defina uma referência ao http://site/_vti_bin/Lists.asmx.
O método de web Lists.GetListCollection retorna um documento XML que inclui os nomes e os GUIDs de todas as listas no site do SharePoint. O exemplo usa o método de XElement.Parse para alterar o documento XML para um objeto XElement chamado root. Então, o método GetListGuid faz uma consulta LINQ to XML no objeto root e retorna o GUID da lista que corresponde ao título lista.
