Resource describes the type of resource, in Configuration Manager, for which the policy assignments are being requested. The type is specified in the ResourceType attribute of the element, and can be "Machine" for requesting machine assignments, or "User" for user assignments. The selected resource type determines what information the Identification element must contain. For Machine, it must contain the machine identification information. For User, it must contain both machine and user(s) identification.
