Returns a category group's localized name.

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

);
The name returned in pbstrName will be displayed on the Fonts and Colors page enclosed in brackets to indicate that it is a super-category. Since the name is displayed to the user, it must be localized.
