	itemid	Identifier of the hierarchy item. For a list of itemid values, see VSITEMID.
	pHier	An IVsHierarchy object.

Remarks

Either a docCookie or pHier/itemid pair should be specified.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
