Remarks
You cannot create an instance of this class with the new keyword. Instead, you must get the ILocalRegistry object and create the object with CreateInstance. The MPF wraps this method with CreateInstance.
Thread Safety
Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
