scope Property (ISchemaElement)

Returns an ISchemaComplexType. The complex type is a definition of the locally declared complex type. Globally declared types will return a value of NULL for the scope property. This property is absent in the case of declarations within named model groups.

Return Values
oScope
An object. A <complexType> declaration of the element being queried.
Example
The following snippet is taken from the Walk the SOM sample application. In this snippet, the scope property is retrieved from the ISchemaElement object.
