The StartDate propriedade obtém ou define quando a tarefa inicia. StartDate deve ser menor ou igual a ITask::put_DueDate. Datas devem estar definidas entre 1/1/1900 e 12/31/2999, inclusive. É a usar como padrão DATE_NONE.
