O conteúdo local do SharePoint não é exibido nos resultados de pesquisa do SharePoint Online

Sintomas

Considere o seguinte cenário,

  • Você configura a Pesquisa híbrida de entrada para retornar resultados no SharePoint Online a partir de um ambiente local do Microsoft SharePoint.

  • Quando um usuário realiza uma consulta de pesquisa de um site do SharePoint Online, apenas os resultados dos sites do SharePoint Online são exibidos. Nenhum resultado é retornado do SharePoint no local ou o usuário recebe a seguinte mensagem de erro:

    Desculpe, algo deu errado. (A pesquisa encontrou um problema que impede que os resultados sejam retornados. Se esse problema persistir, entre em contato com o administrador)

  • Um administrador edita a regra de consulta associada às origens de resultados no SharePoint Online. Em seguida, o administrador abre o Construtor de Consultas a partir do bloco de resultados. No entanto, isso aciona o seguinte erro:

Solução alternativa

Para contornar esse problema, altere o provedor de identidade local do SharePoint para que ele funcione com o SharePoint Online. Para fazer isso, execute o seguinte cmdlet no farm do SharePoint local:

$config = Get-SPSecurityTokenServiceConfig  
$config.AuthenticationPipelineClaimMappingRules.AddIdentityProviderNameMappingRule("OrgId Rule", Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.Claims.SPIdentityProviderTypes]::Forms, "membership", "urn:federation:microsoftonline")  
$config.Update()
