In line with Microsoft's Cloud-first, mobile-first strategy, we are pleased to announce a series of updates to CRM partner programs. In summary, these are the following:
MPN Competency changes:
- Requiring net new revenue for MPN Cloud Customer Relationship Management Competency qualification
- Retirement of the MPN Customer Relationship Management Competency
CSA and SPA changes:
- Requiring the MPN Cloud Customer Relationship Management Competency for CRM Online incentives payment in web direct and enterprise agreements
- Adding active usage into CRM Online incentives structure
- Changes to the Solutions Provider Agreement (SPA) and Microsoft Dynamics Certified Software Advisor (CSA) programs for CRM on-premises incentive eligibility
