Windows Media Player 11 Beta 2 Released

If you follow my blog, you know about my experiences migrating from iTunes/iPod to the Windows Media Player/PlaysForSure world.  I was impressed with some of the ideas and functionality of the first beta of Windows Media Player 11, but still felt that much needed work.

I just saw that the Windows Media Player team has released beta 2 of WMP11 to the web.  I just downloaded it, and I noticed already that the player is much snappier than the first beta.  Download it now and check it out!

    It's pretty good, but it would be nice if they let people offer feedback on it... I have a fix for their album art issue with certain MP3 devices... Ah well....

    podcast (or whatever you want to call it) support would have been nice lack of it made me get an iPod purely because I can use 1 program to manage all my media.
