Gartner Magic Quadrant positions Office 365 as a market ‘challenger’
This week, Gartner Inc. published the “Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service”* report, which positions Microsoft as a ‘challenger in the market.’ There are no leaders according to Gartner.
Microsoft was evaluated based on ‘ability to execute’ and ‘completeness of vision,’ and Gartner specifically evaluated Office 365 and its unified communications and collaboration capabilities. These capabilities empower people to work together from anywhere with access to email, web conferencing, documents, and calendars.
Customers such as Patagonia and New Belgium Brewing are already experiencing the benefits of unified communications and collaboration with Office 365. To learn why Microsoft is the leading challenger in this category, see the full Gartner report here.
