UPDATE: New Zealand uses Mobile Technology as One of their Largest Channels to Customers

A colleague of mine Rob Hawthorne, brought to my attention that the online channel and mobile banking are the largest channels that New Zealand banks have for reaching their customers. Almost ALL of our major banks provide these service, including:
