You may have caught the headline “Windows 10 to take centre stage at Ignite”. That is absolutely true. We’re kicking off the event at Vector Arena with our keynote featuring Joe Belfiore, Corporate Vice President of PC, Tablet, and Phone. If you’ve caught Joe at the Build 2015 conference in San Francisco, or the Ignite USA conference, then you know you won’t want to miss this opportunity to see him here in New Zealand. Following the keynote – and the party – there will be three days of sessions where you will be able to sink your teeth into a number of topics about Windows 10. We’ll have Katharine Holdsworth and Simon May giving you the rundown on why you should be looking at deploying Windows 10 in your organisations. If you’re that person responsible for rolling out OS upgrades in your organisation, you’ll want to drop by and let Michael Niehaus and Alan Burchill run you through the updates in deployment methods and changes in group policy. Want something hard-core? How about joining Chris Jackson on a deep dive into security with the new Microsoft Edge browser. Of course if you haven’t already caught up with all the excitement of Windows 10, or just need a refresher, then Daniel Bowbyes will give you a tour of the new consumer features. For the developers reading this and wondering how they can take advantage of the Windows 10 momentum - we have plenty of developer focussed sessions too! Of course Windows 10 isn’t the only star of the show at Ignite NZ, there will also be sessions on Windows Server & Hyper-V, SQL Server, Azure, Exchange, Skype for Business, Office 365, SharePoint, and more! Buy a ticket, check the session catalogue on the Ignite NZ website and start building your schedule today!
