Definições do esquema de alertas comuns

Este artigo descreve as definições comuns de esquema de alerta para o Azure Monitor, incluindo as de webhooks, Azure Logic Apps, Funções do Azure e Automatização do Azure runbooks.

Qualquer caso de alerta descreve o recurso que foi afetado e a causa do alerta. Estes casos são descritos no esquema comum nas seguintes secções:

  • Essencial: Um conjunto de campos padronizados, comuns em todos os tipos de alerta, que descrevem em que recurso o alerta está ligado, juntamente com metadados de alerta comuns adicionais (por exemplo, gravidade ou descrição).
  • Contexto de alerta: Um conjunto de campos que descreve a causa do alerta, com campos que variam em função do tipo de alerta. Por exemplo, um alerta métrico inclui campos como o nome métrico e o valor métrico no contexto de alerta, enquanto um alerta de registo de atividade tem informações sobre o evento que gerou o alerta.

Essentials

Campo Descrição
alertId O ID de recurso único identificando a instância de alerta.
alertaRule O nome da regra de alerta que gerou a hora de alerta.
Gravidade A gravidade do alerta. Valores possíveis: Sev0, Sev1, Sev2, Sev3 ou Sev4.
sinalType Identifica o sinal em que a regra de alerta foi definida. Valores possíveis: Métrica, Log ou Registo de Atividade.
monitorizaçãoCondição Quando um alerta dispara, o estado do monitor do alerta está definido para disparado. Quando a condição subjacente que causou o alerta para o incêndio se apaga, a condição do monitor é definida para resolver.
serviço de monitorização O serviço de monitorização ou solução que gerou o alerta. Os campos para o contexto de alerta são ditados pelo serviço de monitorização.
alertaTargetIds A lista do Azure Resource Manager iDs que são alvos afetados de um alerta. Para um alerta de registo definido num espaço de trabalho do Log Analytics ou no exemplo de Application Insights, é o respetivo espaço de trabalho ou aplicação.
configuraçãoItems A lista de recursos afetados de um alerta.
Em alguns casos, os itens de configuração podem ser diferentes dos alvos de alerta. Por exemplo, em alertas de registo métrico ou de log definidos num espaço de trabalho do Log Analytics, os itens de configuração são os recursos reais que enviam a telemetria e não o espaço de trabalho.
  • Nos alertas de registo API (Regras de Consulta Agendadas) v2021-08-01, os valores de configuraçãoAomento são retirados de dimensões explicitamente definidas nesta prioridade: 'Computador', '_ResourceId', 'ResourceId', 'Resource'.
  • Nas versões anteriores dos alertas de registo API, os valores de configuraçãoSetom são tomados implicitamente dos resultados desta prioridade: 'Computador', '_ResourceId', 'ResourceId', 'Recurso'.
Nos sistemas ITSM, o campo de configuraçãoItems é utilizado para correlacionar alertas com recursos num CMDB.
originAlertId O ID da instância de alerta, tal como gerado pelo serviço de monitorização que o gera.
firedDateTime A data e hora em que a instância de alerta foi disparada no Tempo Universal Coordenado (UTC).
resolvidoDateTime A data e a hora em que a condição do monitor para a instância de alerta está definida para resolvida na UTC. Atualmente apenas aplicável para alertas métricos.
descrição A descrição, tal como definida na regra de alerta.
essencialVersão O número da versão para a secção essencial.
alertaContextVersão O número da versão para a alertContext secção.

Alertas de registo

Nota

Para alertas de registo que tenham um sujeito de e-mail personalizado e/ou carga útil JSON definida, permitindo que o esquema comum reverta o sujeito de e-mail e/ou esquema de carga útil para o descrito da seguinte forma. Isto significa que se você quiser ter uma carga de carga JSON personalizada definida, o webhook não pode usar o esquema de alerta comum. Os alertas com o esquema comum ativado têm um limite de tamanho superior de 256 KB por alerta. Os resultados da pesquisa não estão incorporados na carga útil dos alertas de registo se fizerem com que o tamanho do alerta ultrapasse este limiar. Pode determinar isto verificando a bandeira IncludedSearchResults. Quando os resultados da pesquisa não estiverem incluídos, deverá utilizar os LinkToFilteredSearchResultsAPI resultados da consulta ou LinkToSearchResultsAPI para aceder aos resultados da consulta com a API do Log Analytics.

Nota

As regras de alerta de registo da versão API 2020-05-01 utilizam este tipo de carga útil, que suporta apenas esquemas comuns. Os resultados da pesquisa não estão incorporados na carga útil dos alertas de registo quando utilizam esta versão. Deve usar as dimensões para fornecer contexto a alertas disparados. Também pode utilizar os LinkToFilteredSearchResultsAPI resultados de consulta ou LinkToSearchResultsAPI para aceder aos resultados da consulta com a API do Log Analytics. Se tiver de incorporar os resultados, utilize uma aplicação lógica com as ligações fornecidas para gerar uma carga útil personalizada.
