MulticlassClassificationMetrics.PerClassLogLoss Propriedade

Definição

Obtém a perda de log do classificador para cada classe. A perda de log mede o desempenho de um classificador em relação ao quanto as probabilidades previstas divergem do rótulo de classe verdadeiro. A perda de log mais baixa indica um modelo melhor. Um modelo perfeito, que prevê uma probabilidade de 1 para a classe verdadeira, terá uma perda de log de 0.

Comentários

A métrica de perda de log é computada como $-\frac{1}{m} \sum_{i=1}^m \log(p_i)$, onde $m$ é o número de instâncias no conjunto de testes. $p_i$ é a probabilidade retornada pelo classificador se a instância pertencer à classe e 1 menos a probabilidade retornada pelo classificador se a instância não pertencer à classe.
