Comentários
Count está definido como zero, e referências a outros objetos a partir de elementos da coleção também são liberados.
Capacity permanece inalterado. Para redefinir a capacidade do ArrayList, chame TrimToSize ou defina a Capacity propriedade diretamente. Cortar um vazio ArrayList define a capacidade do ArrayList como a capacidade padrão.
