Sintomas

Num ambiente Exchange Server 2013, as caixas de correio são colocadas em quarentena inesperadamente e a base de dados é desmontada. Em alternativa, se o servidor for membro de um grupo de disponibilidade de base de dados, efetua a ativação pós-falha para outro servidor membro. Além disso, os seguintes eventos são escritos no Registo de aplicações:

Causa

Este problema ocorre se .NET Framework 4.6 estiver instalado no servidor. Num ambiente Exchange Server 2013, esta versão do .NET Framework não é suportada.

Resolução

Para resolver este problema, desinstale a atualização para .NET Framework 4.6 do servidor.

Determinar se o .NET Framework 4.6 está instalado

Para determinar se tem .NET Framework 4.6 instalado no computador, verifique o seguinte:

• No Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 (SP2) ou Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, o .NET Framework 4.6 é instalado como um produto em Programas e Funcionalidades no Painel de Controlo.
• No Windows Server 2012, a Atualização para o Microsoft Windows (KB3045562) é apresentada em Atualizações instalados no Painel de Controlo.
• No Windows Server 2012 R2, a Atualização para o Microsoft Windows (KB3045563) é apresentada em Atualizações Instalados no Painel de Controlo.

Também pode utilizar o seguinte script do PowerShell para determinar se .NET Framework 4.5, 4.5.1, 4.5.2 ou 4.6 está instalado:
