Como: Ler e gravar arquivos no armazenamento isolado

Há várias maneiras de abrir um arquivo em um armazenamento usando a classe IsolatedStorageFileStream. Depois que um IsolatedStorageFileStream foi obtido, ele pode ser usado para obter um StreamReader ou StreamWriter.
