Specifies a custom control on a form.

id	Represents the unique ID of the custom control on the form.	String (FormGuidType)	Required
formfactor	Specifies the kind of device the custom control will be available. Custom controls are available only for CRM for tablets and phones.	Integer	Optional

version	Specifies the version of the custom control.	String	Optional
