Create Record Bound Graphs Sample

This sample contains the following classes.

Class	Library	Description
_graphbyrecord	_utility.vcx	Provides navigation buttons and generates graphs on a record-by-record basis using data from fields.
_nav4buttons	_table2.vcx	Displays two additional buttons that provide GO TOP and GO BOTTOM functions to the _Nav2Button class.
