Managing Web Sites Using Scripts

You can use the command-line script iisweb.vbs, which is stored in systemroot\System32, to create and manage Web sites on computers running a member of the Microsoft Windows Server™ 2003 family with Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0.
Iisweb.vbs performs some of the same operations that are available in IIS Manager. You can use either tool to administer IIS Web sites.
