Solucionar problemas SQL Server Service Broker no Operations Manager

O Microsoft System Center Operations Manager depende de SQL Server Service Broker para implementar todas as operações de tarefa. Se SQL Server Service Broker estiver desabilitado, todas as operações de tarefa serão afetadas. O comportamento resultante pode variar de acordo com a tarefa iniciada. Por exemplo, você pode ter os seguintes problemas:

  • O Assistente de Descoberta parece estar sendo executado sem parar, mesmo que a tarefa em segundo plano tenha sido concluída.
  • A redefinição da integridade de um monitor nunca é concluída, mesmo que a tarefa em segundo plano tenha sido concluída.

Este artigo fornece etapas comuns de solução de problemas para SQL Server problemas do Service Broker.

Observação

As consultas SQL neste artigo usam um nome padrão do para o banco de OperationsManager dados operacional. Substitua OperationsManager pelo nome do banco de dados operacional se você usar um nome de banco de dados diferente.

Verifique se SQL Server Service Broker está habilitado

  1. Execute a seguinte consulta SQL:

    SELECT is_broker_enabled FROM sys.databases WHERE name = 'OperationsManager'
    
  2. Se o valor retornado do is_broker_enabled campo for 1 (um), SQL Server Service Broker estiver habilitado. Caso contrário, execute as seguintes consultas SQL para habilitá-la:

    ALTER DATABASE OperationsManager SET SINGLE_USER WITH ROLLBACK IMMEDIATE
    ALTER DATABASE OperationsManager SET ENABLE_BROKER
    ALTER DATABASE OperationsManager SET MULTI_USER
    

Reiniciar o Serviço de Acesso a Dados do System Center

  1. Depois que SQL Server Service Broker estiver habilitado, reinicie o OMSDK (System Center Data Access Service).

  2. Em SQL Server Management Studio, vá para oAgente de Serviços OperationsManager> de Bancos> de Dados.

  3. Expanda Filas e Serviços.

  4. Verifique se há uma fila e um serviço cujo nome contém os seguintes valores:

    • O endereço IP do servidor de gerenciamento que criou a fila e o serviço.
    • A ID do processo do serviço OMSDK (Microsoft.Mom.Sdk.ServiceHost.exe) que está em execução nesse servidor de gerenciamento.

    Verifique a ID do processo do serviço OMSDK que está em execução nesse servidor de gerenciamento.

    Neste exemplo, o endereço IP do servidor de gerenciamento é 192.168.10.10. O PID do serviço OMSDK é 3092.

    Se você tiver mais de um servidor de gerenciamento, cada servidor de gerenciamento terá uma fila e um serviço separados do Service Broker.

  5. Se você não conseguir encontrar a fila e o serviço correspondentes, reinicie o serviço OMSDK novamente.

Se você ainda não conseguir encontrar a fila e o serviço, o Service Broker atual poderá estar corrompido. Vá para a próxima etapa para recriar o SQL Server Service Broker.

Recriar o SQL Server Service Broker

  1. Execute as seguintes consultas SQL em ordem:

  2. Reinicie o serviço OMSDK nos servidores de gerenciamento para recriar o Service Broker e a fila e o serviço. Esse processo pode exigir duas reinicializações:

    • A primeira reinicialização recria o Service Broker
    • A segunda reinicialização recria a fila de serviço
  3. Verifique se o SQL Server Service Broker ainda está habilitado. Se estiver desabilitado, habilite-o.

  4. Verifique se a fila e o serviço do Service Broker são gerados, conforme descrito na etapa 4 no Serviço de Acesso a Dados do System Center.

Solução de problemas avançada

Se as etapas anteriores não resolve o problema, colete um rastreamento SQL Server Profiler que inclua eventos do Service Broker.
