Creates the specified key identifier clause.

Returns

A SamlAssertionKeyIdentifierClause that is a key identifier clause for a SAML security token.

InvalidOperationException

T is not of type SamlAssertionKeyIdentifierClause.

Remarks

Use the CanCreateKeyIdentifierClause method to determine if a SamlSecurityToken security token can create a specific key identifier. To create the key identifier call the CreateKeyIdentifierClause<T>() method.
