The membership provider returns the question only after the user enters a valid user name. Until the user enters a valid user name, the Question property is Empty.
The style settings in the TextBoxStyle property define the appearance of the Question property.
When you use the QuestionTemplate property to define the appearance of the Question view, the Question property is displayed in an optional Literal control with the ID property set to "Question".
