I am reaching out regarding an increase in my vCPU limit, and I have not received any response for almost a week. The manager, Pratham Rao M, who initially requested the necessary information from me, stopped responding three days ago.

This is the first time I have encountered such a situation from Microsoft. I would like to understand how to proceed in this situation and get assistance in resolving the issue. My Tracking ID is #2408010040007226.

    Hello,

Unfortunately from Q&A we don't have resources to see details for your ticket.

Here are some things, that you try:

    1.      Contact Support via Portal: Log into the Azure portal and navigate to the support section. You can create a new support request or update the existing one with your Tracking ID. Provide all relevant details and emphasize the lack of response.

    2.      Escalate the Issue: If you don't receive a timely response through the above methods, consider escalating the issue. In the Azure portal, there's usually an option to escalate support requests. Provide a detailed explanation and the steps you've taken so far.

    3.      Microsoft Support Phone Line: If the issue is urgent, call Microsoft Support directly (for English +44 (0)344 800 2400). Provide your Tracking ID and explain the situation.

Please, mark the answer as "Answer" if it helped your issue. Thank you in advance.
