Azure. Subscription activation. Changing the role with an inactive subscription.

Question

I need to reactivate Azure subscription 10cd6d8e-516b-4035-88f9-8145b8ca033e. The system return error message: You have no right, please ask the owner to activate. But I am owner and I have only one account ******@icloud.com. This account have role - Administrator. In the IAM menu the system notice me I have to change the role from Administrator to RBAC. I tried to to do it, but the system return error: Impossible to change the role because subscription is not active. A vicious circle. I can't activate subscription because I have to change the role. I can't change the role because I have to activate subscription. How to solve this problem?
