Помимо определения, не сработает ли пакет или родительский пакет, статус результата выполнения важен, если в пакете установлены ограничения по приоритету для контроля потока задач в пакете. Элемент приоритета — это задача или контейнер, результат исполнения которого определяет, будет ли выполнена следующая задача или контейнер, то есть ограниченный элемент.
