Комментарии

Порядок значений в коллекции ICollection не указан, но он будет точно таким же, как и порядок соответствующих ключей в коллекции ICollection, возвращаемой свойством Keys. Поскольку каждый экземпляр OracleConnectionStringBuilder всегда содержит фиксированное число ключей, свойство Values всегда возвращает значения, соответствующие фиксированному набору ключей в том же порядке.
