Свойство NumberDecimalDigits используется со строками стандартного формата "F" и "N" без описателя точности в операциях числового форматирования. Он определяет число дробных цифр по умолчанию, которые отображаются после десятичного разделителя. Это значение переопределяется, если используется описатель точности.
