Помните, что Decoder объект сохраняет состояние между вызовами Convert . Когда приложение выполняется с помощью потока данных, ему следует задать параметр, чтобы flush true убедиться, что сведения о состоянии сброшены. При использовании этого параметра декодер игнорирует недопустимые байты в конце блока данных и очищает внутренний буфер. Все оставшиеся обработанные данные, которые являются частью логического устройства, например старший суррогат суррогатной пары, преобразуются в соответствии с текущими параметрами резервирования.

ConvertМетод предназначен для использования в цикле, чтобы декодировать произвольный объем входных данных, например данные, считанные из файла или потока.
