Метод ProcessEventFlush обрабатывает сообщения, которые были буферизованно. ASP.NET мониторинг работоспособности вызывает метод , когда требуется очистка буфера. Интервалы, с которыми требуется очистка, определяются значением параметра атрибута bufferMode в элементе providers в разделе конфигурации healthMonitoring .
