Класс ColorBuilder не предназначен для использования вне среды времени разработки. ColorBuilder IWebFormsBuilderUIServiceтребует , который обычно доступен в проекте веб-формы во время разработки. Если вы хотите создать строки цвета HTML, может потребоваться реализовать метод, который преобразует ЗНАЧЕНИЯ RGB Color объекта в строку формата RRGGBB, совместимую с HTML.
