Если связанный элемент управления, производный от ListControl объекта, привязан к данным, GetDesignTimeHtml метод очищает Items коллекцию и добавляет String сообщение, указывающее, что элемент управления привязан к данным. Если связанный элемент управления не привязан к данным и Items коллекция пуста, добавляется String сообщение, указывающее, GetDesignTimeHtml что элемент управления не привязан к данным.
