Указанное значение при настройке этого свойства true, текущая ячейка находится в режиме редактирования, а текущая ячейка содержит изменения, которые не могут быть зафиксированы.

Exception

Указанное значение при настройке этого свойства приведет к тому, что элемент управления ввел режим редактирования, но инициализация значения ячейки редактирования завершилась ошибкой, а обработчик не имеет обработчика для DataError события или обработчик задал ThrowException свойство true. Объект исключения обычно может быть приведение к типу FormatException.

Комментарии

Ячейка доступна только для чтения, если значение ReadOnly свойства предназначено true для ячейки, строки ячейки, столбца или столбца DataGridViewячейки.
