Этот FromTypes метод позволяет эффективно создавать массив XmlSerializer объектов для обработки массива Type объектов. Однако вызывающим абонентам рекомендуется кэшировать возвращаемые сериализаторы при наличии повторяющихся вызовов этого метода.
