Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsSpecialName property.

true if this event has a special name; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This method is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code and should not be called from managed code.
The IsSpecialName property gets a value indicating whether the EventInfo object has a name with a special meaning.
