Retrieves a TimeZoneInfo object by time zone name.

Parameters

id: String

The time zone name.

true if the TimeZoneInfo object was successfully retrieved; otherwise, false.

Remarks

This function wraps the logic necessary to keep the private SystemTimeZones cache in working order.
