Base class for all the persistence related exception classes. The InstanceOwnerException and the InstancePersistenceCommandException are derived classes of this class.

Remarks
An InstancePersistenceException that is not an InstanceOwnerException nor an InstancePersistenceCommandException applies to the persistence provider itself and may indicate an unrecoverable failure condition of the provider.
