Gets or sets a value that indicates whether serializing a signing token on a reply message is allowed.

true if serializing a signing token on a reply message is allowed; otherwise, false. The default is false.
Remarks
This flag is intended to enable interoperability with some older implementations of WS-Security (for example, WSE 2.0).
