WorkflowServiceHost.OnClosing Method

This method is called before the WorkflowServiceHost is put into a closing state.

In the default implementation, WorkflowServiceHost calls StopRuntime before calling CommunicationObject.OnClosing. This means the workflow runtime will shut down before the service host closes.
