Called when any mouse-leave message enters the adorner window of the BehaviorService.

if the message was handled; otherwise, false

Remarks
The OnMouseDoubleClick method is called when any mouse-leave message enters the WndProc
of the adorner window of the BehaviorService. From here, the message is sent to the appropriate behavior.
When the mouse pointer leaves a positively hit-tested Glyph with a valid Behavior, this method is invoked.
