You can use the Receipts list report to verify the quantity that is expected to be received against the quantity that is received.

Click Accounts payable > Common > Purchase orders > All purchase orders. Click Receive and then click Pro forma receipts list. Note To enable Pro forma receipts list, you must first confirm the purchase order. |

If you are a developer, you can learn more about where the data on a report comes from by using the following procedure.
Open the AOT.
Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.
Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
