Notifies the host that the thread that is making the call is about to block, perhaps for a garbage collection or other suspension.

HRESULT ThreadIsBlockingForSuspension ( );
Remarks
The host may choose within the ThreadIsBlockingForSuspension callback whether to reschedule a thread.
