Report web parts display Microsoft Dynamics AX reports. These reports run on the Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services platform. This topic explains how to add the Report web part to a page, and how to configure the web part to display a report.
Add the Report web part to a page
To add the Report web part to a page, follow the steps in How to: Add Web Parts.
Configure the Report web part
To configure the Report web part to display a report, follow these steps.
From the web part’s drop-down menu, click Edit My Web Part. The web part’s properties pane is displayed.
In the Report selection section, select the report to display.

If the report uses parameters, enter the parameter values in the Report parameters section.
Expand the Report toolbar section, and then follow these steps:
Use the Toolbar size property to specify whether a toolbar is displayed for the web part.
Use the Report drillthrough target toolbar size property to specify the size of the toolbar that is displayed when report drill-through is used.
Set the Title property to an appropriate name for the report.
Set the Height and Width properties so that the report is displayed optimally.
Click OK to save your changes.
